Yes, whilst carrying out the tree work everything will be done professionally with care, hand held or lowered safely. The rest of your garden will be untouched.
A Tree Preservation Order or ‘TPO’ which they are commonly referred by, is an order which has been put in place by a local planning authority (often the local council) to protect an individual or group of trees. It prevents anyone from doing any work or harm to the tree(s) without approval or permission.
We take care of this for you and will liaise directly with your local planning authority to determine if any of your trees have TPOs.
A conservation area is a place of historic or architectural value and is designated as such by a local authority to protect and preserve the area. If you live within a conservation area, approval from you local authority / council is required before any tree works can take place.
Here at Robert’s Tree Specialists, we will take care of the planning application on your behalf so you don’t have to worry.
If you live within a conservation area or if any of your trees have Tree Preservation Orders (TPO’s), then you will require planning permission. If none of those apply, we are safe to go ahead and carry out the tree work agreed.
Yes, we will liaise directly with your local planning authority / local council, complete and submit the planning application form and manage the entire process on your behalf without any extra charge.
